How to use

Can be used as a crispy topping on your lunch, cereal, yoghurt or the like or mixed in water, juice, or in a smoothie – or directly with a spoon and washed down with water. The product is also suitable for cooking and baking.

Adults and children over 12 years of age:

  • 10 grams (2 rounded teaspoons), 1-2 times a day.
  • Do not exceed the stated dose.
  • It is important that SylliFlor is ingested with 1-2 glasses of liquid (200-400mL).
  • It is recommended to start with half the dose and increase the amount gradually.
  • An increased intake of dietary fibres may cause gastrointestinal discomfort, but any discomfort will usually disappear after a few days of regular use.
  • Psyllium husks reduce the transit time in the gut and may affect the absorption of medicine.
  • SylliFlor should therefore not be taken at the same time as medications, but at least 1 hour before or 2 hours later.
  • SylliFlor should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
