How to use

For the best results, consume SylliFlor with 1-2 glasses (2-4 dl) of water or another liquid.

  3. Take it directly from a spoon and follow with plenty of water.
  • Psyllium husks reduce the transit time in the gut and may affect the absorption of medicines. SylliFlor should therefore not be taken at the same time as medications, but at least 1 hour before or 2 hours later.
  • SylliFlor should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
  • To be stored in a sealed container in a dry, dark and cool place and out of reach of children.
