Product Information

Anbesol liquid is a local anaesthetic which works by stopping the sensation of pain. It can be used to to help relieve pain caused by mouth ulcers and sore gums. The Anbesol Liquid is:

  • Suitable for the Elderly
  • Suitable for Adolescents, Children aged between 10-18years old.
  • Quick-acting
  • Effective relief of pain
  • Contains no sugar

If you still have symptoms after 3 days, speak to your doctor or dentist.

How to use
  • Adults, the elderly and adolescents and children aged 10-18 years old.
  • Two applications. One after another will normally be sufficient to obtain pain relief.
  • Apply undiluted to the affected area using a clean fingertip
  • Do not apply more frequently than every 3 hours, or as directed by the doctor or dentist.

Active Ingredients

Lidocaine Hydrochloride 0.90% w/w, Chlorocresol 0.10% w/w, Cetylpyridinium Chloride 0.02% w/w.

Also contains: Ethanol, Levomenthol, Glycerol, Purified Water, E104, E110, E123,E142.
