How to use

Adult and children over 12: Take two capsules initially, followed by one capsule after each loose bowl movement. Do not take more than 5 capsules in any 24 hour period.

Adult and children over 12 swallow two Arret capsules initially, followed by one capsule after each loose bowl movement. Do not take more than 5 capsules in any 24-hour period.

If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or are breast feeding, talk to your doctor before using.

Some common side effects include headache, constipation, nausea and flatulence.
