• Exfoliate and moisturise 24 hours before tanning.
• Shake well, then apply with a tanning mitt in long, sweeping motions over clean, dry skin.
• Use only a little on the hands, feet, knees and elbows.
• Leave to develop for 6–8 hours. There's no need to rinse off.
