BetterYou Iron 10mg Daily Oral Spray 25ml

1. Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
2. Shake well before every use.
3. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
4. Replace the cap after use.

Dosage 4 spray contains 10mg of iron.

Use 4 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner).
