Who should not use it

Do not use if you are allergic to methyl salicylate, menthol, aspirin or other salicylates, or any of the ingredients. Do not use on broken, irritated or sensitive skin or open wounds, and not on children under 12 without medical advice.

Warnings & precautions

For external use only - keep away from the eyes, mouth and other sensitive areas. Do not apply heat (such as a hot water bottle or heat pad) to the treated area and do not bandage it tightly, as this can cause burns. Wash your hands after applying.

Possible side effects

Local skin irritation, redness or a burning sensation. Rarely, an allergic reaction - stop use and seek advice.
