The L.A. Girl Tinted Foundation is a buildable formula that has a natural finish. This foundation will blur imperfections with a sheer to medium wash of colour giving you that no-makeup look effect. The formula includes Glycerin, Panthenol, Vitamin E, Ginseng Root Extract, Safflower Seed Oil that will help brighten, hydrate and soothe the skin.
