• Shower Gel: lather over wet skin, and over your face and hair if you like, avoiding the eyes. Rinse off well.
• Face Scrub: wet the face, massage the scrub gently over the skin avoiding the eye area, then rinse. Use once a day.
• Moisturiser: apply to a clean face morning and/or evening and massage in. Can be used after shaving.
• Anti-Perspirant Spray: shake well, hold about 15cm from the underarm and spray for 2 seconds onto clean, dry skin.
