Product Information

MAG365 magnesium is an everyday dose of magnesium and comes in a pleasant exotic lemon flavour.  Magnesium helps support a healthy nervous system and muscle function.  It may contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.

How to use

Individual needs may vary.

  • Start by taking 2g (1 level teaspoon) daily ad gradually increase to a maxium of 2.7g per day
  • Can be taken with or without meals
  • Total daily dose can be taken at oe tie or split into 2-3 portions and taken during the day
  • Mix in a glass with 20-30ml of hot water and let it fizz, the stir until dissolved
  • Fill te remainder of the glass with wrm or cold water and enjoy
