Product Information

Medicare Blue Detectable Plasters are sterile blue plasters made for kitchens, catering and food preparation. The bright blue colour stands out against food, and each plaster contains fine metal filaments so it can be picked up by metal detection equipment.

A box of 100 is handy for restaurant, café and workplace first aid kits, as well as home kitchens. They help cover minor cuts and grazes while you work, and the low-allergy adhesive is designed to be kind to skin.

How to use
  • Clean and dry the wound and the skin around it.
  • Choose a plaster large enough to cover the wound.
  • Open the wrapper, peel off the backing papers without touching the pad, and apply the pad over the wound.
  • Change the plaster daily, or sooner if it gets wet or dirty.

Safety information

Sterile unless the wrapper is opened or damaged; do not use if the wrapper is damaged. For single use only. Stop use if irritation develops. Seek medical advice for deep, large or dirty wounds, or if there are signs of infection. Keep out of reach of children.
