How to use
  1. Position the lumbar pad centrally on the fabric inside the brace.
  2. Release the outer elastic straps.
  3. Wrap the main elastic band around your back and fasten it at the front.
  4. Attach the outer left strap, with the black inner surface, to the black section of the main band.
  5. Attach the outer right strap, with the blue inner surface, to the blue section of the other outer strap.
