Multi-Gyn Actigel 2in1 Prevents and Treats Vaginal Discomforts 50ml

• For BV: apply an ample amount (about 2ml) inside the vagina at least twice a day, ideally morning and bedtime, for at least 5 days in a row.
• For itching or irritation: apply at least once a day, or whenever you need relief. It can also be used on the outside.
• It can be used during or after a course of antibiotics.
• Do not use it for more than 30 days in a row. See your doctor if symptoms continue or keep coming back.

Who should not use it

Do not use it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If you are trying to conceive, avoid it around your fertile days, as it may reduce sperm activity.

Warnings & precautions

Do not use it at the same time as condoms. Tampons and douching can remove the gel, so they are not recommended during use. It does not treat sexually transmitted infections. See your GP instead if it is the first time you have had these symptoms, if you are pregnant, if symptoms keep coming back, or if you have pain, a fever, lower tummy pain, bleeding between periods or after sex, or blood in your discharge.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding

No problems are known with use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, but check with your doctor first. If you are pregnant and think you have BV, see your GP or midwife.

Possible side effects

A short-lived burning or tingling feeling just after applying it is normal. Allergic reactions are very rare. Stop using it if irritation continues.
