How to use

How to Take Night Nurse Capsules

For adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over:

  • Dosage: Take 2 capsules just before bedtime.
  • Administration: Swallow the capsules whole with water.
  • Limit: Use only one dose per night.
  • Duration: Do not take for more than 7 nights.

Important Paracetamol Warning: This product contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products. Taking too much can cause serious harm to your liver. If you take paracetamol during the day, ensure your last dose is at least 4 hours before taking Night Nurse at bedtime.

  • Alcohol: Do not drink alcohol while using this medicine.
  • Driving: This medicine causes drowsiness. It may also cause dizziness, blurred vision, or difficulty concentrating. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery.

Can I take Night Nurse if I have taken paracetamol during the day? Yes, but you must manage your dosage carefully. If you take paracetamol during the day, ensure your last dose is taken at least 4 hours before taking Night Nurse at bedtime. Never exceed a total of 4,000 mg of paracetamol (including the 1,000 mg in two Night Nurse capsules) in any 24-hour period.

Will Night Nurse make me feel drowsy the next morning?Drowsiness is a very common side effect because of the ingredient promethazine. While it is intended to help you sleep through your symptoms, it may also cause dizziness, blurred vision, or difficulty concentrating.If you feel affected the next day, do not drive or operate machinery.

How many nights in a row can I use Night Nurse? Night Nurse is intended for short-term relief only.You should not take this medicine for more than 7 nights in a row.If your symptoms do not improve or if they worsen, you should consult your doctor.

Can I drink alcohol while taking this medicine?No, you must avoid alcohol while using Night Nurse Capsules. Combining alcohol with this medicine can increase the risk of severe drowsiness and other side effects.
