The Note Boosting Lash Primer is a conditioning base for mascara. This creamy texture prime helps to get soft and smooth lashes without being sticky. The lash primer will add volume and lengthen the lashes while also maximising the performance of any mascara. Its conical-shaped fiber brush enables clump-free application and a natural fanned-out look.

How to use
  • Apply to clean lashes, sweeping brush from roots to tips
  • Before the formula dries, immediately follow with mascara
  • Coat lashes with mascara for the desired look, or until the white primer is no longer visible
