Optibac 25 Billion Bifidobacteria & Fibre 10 Sachets

• Start with one sachet a day, with food. Up to 4 sachets a day can be taken if wanted, or as advised by a healthcare professional.
• Shake the sachet, then sprinkle the powder slowly into a glass of water and swirl until it dissolves. Don't stir with a spoon, as it can clump.
• Or mix into cool, non-acidic food or drink. Do not add to hot drinks.
• Drink plenty of water while taking it.
• Suitable for adults and children aged 1 and over. Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight.

Food supplement. Do not exceed the stated dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for people who are severely immunosuppressed or seriously ill (for example, in intensive care, with a central venous line or with pancreatitis) unless under a doctor's care. FOS fibre can cause wind at first. This usually settles as your body adjusts; if it continues for more than 3 or 4 days, reduce the dose. Not suitable for a low FODMAP diet.
