Optibac For Every Day Extra Strength 90 Capsules

• Take one capsule a day, preferably with breakfast. If wanted, or if advised by a healthcare professional, this can go up to 2 a day.
• Can be taken on an ongoing basis.
• If you can't swallow capsules, open one and mix the contents into cool food or a cool drink.
• If you are on long-term antibiotics, take it at least 2 hours apart from them.
• Suitable for adults and children aged 4 and over.
• Keep the desiccant sachet in the jar and close the lid firmly. Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight; can be refrigerated after opening.
