Optibac For Pregnancy

• Take one capsule a day, preferably with breakfast.
• If you can't swallow capsules, open one and mix the contents into a cool drink or cool food.
• Can be taken on an ongoing basis, or as advised by your midwife, GP or pharmacist.
• Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.

Food supplement. Do not exceed the stated dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for people who are severely immunosuppressed or seriously ill (for example, in intensive care, with a central venous line or with pancreatitis) unless under a doctor's care. Each capsule provides

• Bacterial cultures: 12 billion CFU
• Fructooligosaccharides (FOS): 30mg

Ingredients: Cultures (Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001, Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14®, Bifidobacterium lactis HN019), corn starch, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), vegetable magnesium stearate.
