Optibac Travel Abroad Capsules 20 Pack

• Take one capsule a day with food, preferably with breakfast.
• Start 3 to 5 days before you travel, take it every day while you're away, and continue for a few days after you get home.
• If you can't swallow capsules, open one and mix the contents into cool food or a cool drink.
• Suitable for adults and children aged 4 and over.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from strong heat and direct sunlight.

Food supplement. Do not exceed the stated dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for people who are severely immunosuppressed or seriously ill (for example, in intensive care, with a central venous line or with pancreatitis) unless under a doctor's care. Contains the yeast Saccharomyces boulardii: not suitable if you have a yeast allergy. May contain traces of soya. The manufacturer advises checking with your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a medical condition or take medication, talk to your pharmacist or GP before use. Ingredients: Stabiliser: potato starch, cultures (Saccharomyces boulardii, Lactobacillus rhamnosus Rosell-11, Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175, Lactobacillus acidophilus/helveticus Rosell-52), capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
