Optibac Women's Wellbeing 30 Capsules

• Take one capsule a day, preferably with breakfast. If wanted, this can go up to 2 a day.
• If you can't swallow capsules, open one and mix the contents into cool food or a cool drink.
• Suitable for women and girls aged 12 and over.
• Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight; can be refrigerated after opening.

• Vitamin C 20mg (25% NRV)
• Vitamin B6 1.4mg (100% NRV)
• Biotin 50µg (100% NRV)
• Vitamin D3 10µg / 400IU (200% NRV)
• Bacterial cultures: 12 billion CFU

Ingredients: Cultures (Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Bifidobacterium bifidum Rosell-71, Lactobacillus helveticus Rosell-52, Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175, Lactobacillus crispatus Rosell-470), potato starch, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), biotin, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
