Phizz Daily 3-in-1 is an effervescent tablet that combines electrolytes, vitamins and minerals in one mango-flavoured drink. Each tablet contains 7 electrolytes and minerals and 11 vitamins, with just 10 calories.

Drop a tablet into a glass or bottle of water for an easy daily top-up at your desk, in the gym, while travelling or after a long day. One tube holds 20 tablets.

How to use
  • Dissolve one tablet in a glass or bottle of water (about 300ml), ideally chilled.
  • Drink within 24 hours of making it up.
  • Do not take more than 4 tablets in 24 hours.
  • Store below 25°C with the tube tightly closed.
