Phizz Daily Energy is an orange-flavoured effervescent tablet with electrolytes, B vitamins and caffeine from caffeine and guarana. Each tablet contains 75mg of caffeine in a 9-calorie drink.

It also provides a full range of B vitamins, which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and vitamin C. Drop a tablet into water for an afternoon lift at your desk or before training. 20 tablets per tube.

How to use
  • Dissolve one tablet in a glass or bottle of water.
  • Drink within 24 hours of making it up.
  • Do not take more than 4 tablets in 24 hours.
  • Avoid taking late in the day if caffeine affects your sleep.
