RhinoBlock Hay Fever Nasal Ointment 15g

• Apply a small amount inside each nostril with a clean cotton bud, then gently massage the outside of the nostrils to spread it.
• Use 2–4 times a day, or more often if needed.
• For hay fever, apply before you spend time outdoors. For dust mite allergy, apply at least once before bed.
• Do not use for more than 30 days in a row.
• Use your own tube only. Do not share it with anyone else.
• Store between 4°C and 30°C, and use within 12 months of opening.

Who should not use it

Do not use if you are allergic to honey or petrolatum, or in children under 6. Do not use during oxygen therapy, as petrolatum can burn in an oxygen-rich atmosphere.

Possible side effects

The honey may cause a mild stinging feeling for a few minutes after applying. Allergic reactions are very rare; stop using it and get advice if you notice a rash, swelling or worsening symptoms.
