Solgar Magnesium Citrate is commonly known to help support muscle and nervous system function. By stimulating the secretion of calcitonin from this supplement it helps aid the influx of calcium into the bone and promotes optimal bone mineralization.  It is also known to help with tiredness and help with energy release.  A very high strength supplement with 200mg per tablet.

How to use
