Solpa-Sinus Tablets 18 Pack

• Take the tablets with a glass of water.
• Adults, the elderly and children 16 years and over: 2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not take more often than every 4 hours, and do not take more than 6 tablets (3 doses) in 24 hours.
• Children 12-15 years: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 3 tablets in 24 hours.
• Not suitable for children under 12 years.
• Do not take with any other paracetamol, cold, flu or decongestant product. Do not take for more than 5 days unless your doctor tells you to.

Who should not use it

Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, pseudoephedrine or any of the ingredients; if you have heart disease or high blood pressure, diabetes, an overactive thyroid, severe kidney problems or closed-angle glaucoma; if you take (or have taken in the last 2 weeks) MAOI antidepressants; if you take other paracetamol-containing medicines; or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Warnings & precautions

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have liver disease, an irregular heartbeat or a phaeochromocytoma, are due to have a general anaesthetic, or take beta-blockers, moclobemide, linezolid, appetite suppressants or stimulants. Stop and get urgent medical help if you develop a sudden severe headache, vision changes or sudden loss of vision, as rare effects on blood flow to the brain (PRES/RCVS) or the optic nerve have been reported with pseudoephedrine. This medicine may cause dizziness.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Possible side effects

The most common are headache, dizziness and difficulty sleeping. Stop use and seek advice if you have an allergic reaction, a fast or irregular heartbeat, or the rare warning signs above.
