HOW DOES IT WORK?

Soaking in an Epsom Salt bath allows magnesium sulphate ions from the salt to absorb through the skin which may help alleviate soreness caused by muscle overuse. How to use

Bath/Foot Soak: Fill a bath with warm water. Sprinkle 1-2 handfuls of ULTRAPURE Laboratories® Epsom Salts into the water and gently mix, for best results soak for 15-20 minutes. Add 3 drops of ULTRAPURE Laboratories® Pure Essential Oils for a relaxing home spa.

Natural Facial: Stir half a teaspoon of crushed ULTRAPURE Laboratories® Epsom Salts into some cleansing cream and massage gently into the skin for deep-pore cleansing. Rinse with cool water.
