Vicks First Defence Nasal Spray 15ml

• Use as soon as you notice symptoms, within 24 to 36 hours.
• Keep your head upright (don't tilt it back). Point the nozzle slightly outwards, towards your ear, and give 2 to 3 sprays into each nostril. Don't sniff hard.
• Leave at least 4 hours between uses. Do not use more than 4 times in 24 hours.
• Continue for 2 days after your symptoms have gone.

Who should not use it

Not for children under 12. Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients, or if your cold has caused a nosebleed.

Warnings & precautions

For use in the nose only. One person per bottle, to avoid spreading infection. If you have a sensitive nose, ear or throat, talk to your doctor before use. Stop use if a nosebleed starts. If your cold gets worse, or you develop a high temperature, see your doctor.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Possible side effects

Some people notice brief stinging or irritation in the nose. Stop using it if this continues.
