vITaL Vitamin D Plus Magnesium B12 K2 60 Pack

From ITL Health, Vitamin D Plus is made in Ireland and contains the ingredients Vitamin D3, magnesium, Vitamin K2 and Vitamin B12.
This product was formulated to include 1,000IU Vitamin D3 alongside some of the cofactors required to optimise Vitamin D absorption and utilisation. It has been reported that up to 50% of people are unable to activate Vitamin D in their body because of insufficient magnesium levels, since magnesium-dependent enzymes are required to convert the biologically inert Vitamin D3 into the active form, calcitriol.

Vitamin D also relies on Vitamin K to maintain calcium homeostasis in the body. Vitamin K2 may thus help in preventing any unhealthy calcium build-up and may mitigate risks associated with Vitamin D toxicity. 

Vitamins D and B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system; magnesium and Vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and help support the nervous system.
