Revive Active Fibre Complex is an unflavoured fibre supplement made from three fibre sources: acacia fibre, partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG) and green banana powder. Each sachet provides 5g of fibre and dissolves without thickening or forming a gel.

Because it has no flavour, it can be stirred into a glass of water or mixed through porridge, yoghurt or a smoothie without changing the taste. 30 sachets, a one-month supply at one a day.

How to use
  • Adults and children aged 12 and over: one sachet a day. Empty it into 250–300ml of water, stir and drink straight away, or stir it into hot or cold food such as porridge, yoghurt or a smoothie.
  • If you take it in food, drink an extra glass of water with it.
  • If it suits you, this can be increased to two sachets a day.
  • Children aged 4 to 12: half a sachet a day, in 100–150ml of water.
  • If you're new to fibre supplements, build up gradually and drink plenty of fluids through the day.
