What is Sculpted By Aimee?
Sculpted By Aimee is the Irish beauty brand founded by makeup artist Aimee Connolly. It began as a makeup range built around real, wearable complexion products and has since grown to include skincare, tan and brushes. The brand is cruelty free. We stock the range across our Donegal pharmacies and online.
Which Sculpted foundation should I choose?
There are six complexion options, and the easiest way in is to decide how much coverage you want and what finish you are after:
How do I find my shade?
Sculpted shades run on a number scale that climbs as the shade deepens — 1.0 Porcelain and 2.0 Fair at the lightest end, through 3.0 Light and 4.5 Medium Plus, up to 5.0 Tan and beyond. The half steps (2.5, 3.5, 4.5) exist for anyone who sits between two shades.
The letter after the number is the undertone: W for warm or golden, C for cool or pink, and N for neutral. If you are unsure of your undertone, neutral is the safest starting point. Which concealer should I choose?
- Complete Cover Up — an oil-free mineral cream concealer with a soft-focus matte finish. The heaviest coverage of the three, for blemishes and areas you want fully covered.
- Satin Silk Concealer — camouflages dark circles, blemishes and pigmentation with the same satin finish as the Satin Silk Foundation.
- Brighten Up Liquid Concealer — the lightest of the three. Brightens and blurs rather than covers, so it suits under the eye.
- Brighten Up Colour Corrector — used under concealer to cancel out darkness or redness before you cover it.
What is the difference between Cream Luxe and Liquid Lights?
Both are cream and liquid colour rather than powder, and both include blush, bronze and highlight. Cream Luxe comes as a solid cream stick or pot that you blend with fingers or a brush — quick, portable and easy to build. Liquid Lights is a liquid formula that sheers out further for a lighter wash of colour. If you want one to start with, Cream Luxe is the more forgiving.
Does Sculpted By Aimee do skincare as well as makeup?
Yes, and it is a proper range rather than an add-on. It covers cleansing with the DuoCleanse cleansers (Brighten, Clarify, Exfoliate and Gentle), moisturising with CloudCream, serums including HydraGlo and the vitamin C HydraBright, plus a caffeine eye cream and Hydration Heroes sheet masks.
Can I buy refills?
Yes. Several of the skincare products come in a refill format that tops up the original bottle instead of replacing it — the DuoCleanse 100ml refills, the CloudCream refill and the HydraGlo serum refill. They cost less than the full-size product and cut down on packaging, so they are worth buying once you know a product suits you.
Is Sculpted By Aimee cruelty free?
Yes — the brand states that it is cruelty free and Leaping Bunny approved. Individual products vary on whether they are fully vegan, so check the specific product page or pack if that matters to you.

Do you stock the tan and SPF?
Yes. Body Base Instant Body Tan is a wash-off instant tan in light and medium, matte or shimmer. Bronze Base Face Tan is a gradual self-tanning face drop, and the Sun Mist SPF50 is a facial SPF mist you can use over makeup.
How should I build a full Sculpted face?
Prime with Beauty Base, then foundation, then concealer where you need it. Add Cream Luxe Bronze, blush and Highlight while the base is still fresh so the creams blend into it. Finish eyes and brows with My Mascara and the Shape & Set brow duo, lips with the Lip Duo or HydraLip, then lock it in with Hydrate & Hold Setting Mist. If you would rather not buy it piece by piece, the Bare Basics Eyes & Face Palette puts eyes, cheeks and glow in one compact.
